Cold pressure is a technology applied to sealed products. The process avoids heat damage and artificial additives, to guarantee food safety and extend shelf life. It’s one way that Preshafood keeps its products so fresh and pure.
Hoctor has provided refrigeration solutions coinciding with the company’s growth; adding facilities, further equipment and cold storage. Now, clients in Sydney want access to Preshafood’s HPP tolling technology. So we’ve supported our client to expand its operations interstate.
The new site includes a standalone plug and play glycol chiller, with flexible capacity for additional modules. And Hoctor designed and delivered this project safely in a pandemic, commissioning the chiller operation from our Melbourne factory to minimize on-site tech time.
